East Asian inspired soup
A lunch favourite for us! Use up whatever vegetables you have kicking around - coleslaw veggies you can inexpensively buy in the bagged salad area and shredded carrots are our usuals. Add some fresh green onion and bean sprouts for extra crunch and flavour. #lunch #dinner #soup #asian #easy #quick

Fluffy oil free pancakes
Here is our favourite recipe for pancakes! We will often use a blend of whole wheat and unbleached white flour. These are fluffy, delicious, and easy to make! Serve with lots of fruit and a drizzle real maple syrup. Yum! This recipe also works great in a waffle iron too. Add lots of fruit and just be careful of little fingers that steal them before they are even at the table. #breakfast #pancakes #waffles #kids #family #quick #easy

Mexican soup in no time!
This soup is ready in 15 minutes with a handful of ingredients. A great emergency meal for those days where time is limited. Serve with a few tortilla chips for garnish, a fresh slice of multigrain bread, or piece of corn bread for an easy and inexpensive meal! #soup #lunch #dinner #mexican #quick #easy #cheap
