This is where we begin!  What is your dream for your healthiest life? Returning to an activity you love? Feeling more energetic? Losing some weight? Better managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, or heart disease? Together we will sit down and form health goals that matter to you. We will then co-create a plan of action to achieve these goals. We will learn skills, practice new behaviours until they become habits, and watch as your health transforms.

This appointment includes two check ins following the appointment by email, phone, FaceTime, or text.  Many clients feel they only need this one appointment to get them started and on their way. If after the appointment you feel that on-going support might be beneficial, you can always opt for follow-up coaching appointments afterwards and I'll be there as you move towards your health goals.
