Service Description

This low impact fusion of ballet, yoga, and pilates is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your whole body. You will need a chair or counter for balance and a yoga mat. Some classes will also use light dumbbells, soft pilates balls, and booty bands however the whole class can also be done without that equipment! DISCLAIMER:  Because physical activity can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity.
